Fudgy Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies Recipe

Super easy 1-bowl brownie recipe! They're rich, fudgy, and full of chocolate flavor. The perfect recipe for an easy and plain fudge brownie. They're vegan, gluten-free, and delicious. They also freeze very well, and you can enjoy them anytime you have a craving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 7 ounces vegan dark chocolate (200g), melted
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease or line with parchment paper an 8-inch square pan.
  • Whisk together GF all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add oil, vanilla extract, melted chocolate, and vegetable milk. Mix until well incorporated. If desired, you can add dried fruits, chocolate chips, and so on.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Let cool before removing.

Notes

Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days or in the refrigerator for 5 days up to a week.
