Variations

  • Flour: replace GF all-purpose flour with another GF flour, like almond, brown rice, buckwheat flour, and so on.
  • Oil: coconut oil should work well.
  • Dried fruits: You can add walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts for crunchiness. It’s best to toast them before adding them to the batter. Peanuts are also a perfect match.
  • Regular version: replace GF all-purpose flour with all-purpose flour for a vegan brownie only.

Serving ideas

If you want to serve the brownie as dessert, here are some topping ideas:

  • Ice cream: served the brownies warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Perfect match and highly recommended!
  • Caramel: drizzle with caramel sauce or salted caramel sauce.
