How to make easy vegan peanut butter balls
Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut in a medium bowl. Add the peanut butter and vegetable milk, and mix well. Or place the ingredients in a food processor and process.

Shape balls with your fingers. If necessary, you can add more milk to the mixture. Place the balls in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or in the microwave, for periods of 30 seconds. Cover the balls with melted chocolate and place them in the freezer until the chocolate sets.
Variations
- White Chocolate: Covered the balls with vegan white chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
- Almond flour: replace the almond flour with another dried fruit, like walnuts.
- Sea salt: Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the chocolate coating before it sets.
