  • Cream: heavy cream for the best results.
  • Lime: Freshly squeezed lime juice and zest for its citrus flavor. Fresh juice tastes brighter and more aromatic than bottled juice.

How to make easy homemade lime popsicles with Greek yogurt

Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. If desired, you can taste the mixture before freezing and adjust the sweetness.

Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds and then add the sticks. Place in the freezer, covered with freezer sheets, for at least 6 hours; overnight is ideal.

Run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds before unmolding.

Variations

  • Lemon: replace lime with fresh lemon juice and zest. As said in the ingredients notes, fresh lemon is best over bottled.
  • Honey: replace sugar with honey to taste.
