How to make Oreo Lemon Dessert
In a medium bowl, beat the cream until soft/medium peaks (mid point).
In another bowl, mix the lemon juice with the condensed milk until well integrated. Add the cream and mix with a rubber spatula and folding movements.
Crush the GF Oreos and set aside some cookies.
Assemble the dessert: first, a cookie layer, the lemon mousse, another cookie layer, the lemon mousse, and crushed GF Oreos to end the dessert.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Take them out 10 minutes before serving.

Storing
You can make the lemon mousse in advance and assemble the dessert when serving. If there are leftovers, keep them covered in the refrigerator. It freezes very well, too.

- Regular: for a regular dessert, replace GF Oreo with regular Oreo.
- Topping: the dessert pairs very well with many toppings, like dry merengue, fruit sauce, berry coulis, and fresh fruit.
